Here we have a very colorful cobalt poison bottle from THE AMERICAN PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY of NEW YORK CITY. It is embossed POISON on two panels with vertical and horizontal ribbing. A colorful yellow label completes the two other sides. This exceptional bottle is 3" tall. The bottom is embossed "1". About 1/2 the contents remain. This is a fine c1915 boxed mirror that was a promotional given out during funerals by MCCOY'S FUNERAL HOME of MIDDLETOWN, OHIO. It advertised their INVALID COACH, or early ambulance! In the GOOD OLD DAYS about the only place in town that could transport someone in a horizontal position was the funeral home, so it made sense to provide transportation to the hospital.
