| This bottle is very unusual for two reasons. It is not the usual shape and size that Lloyd Brothers used. And, of course, what it was used for is quite unusual. LLOYD'S HYDRASTIS was used for VENEREAL DISEASES, especially SYPHILITIC CHANCRE. Like many products of the era, it was also recommended for respiratory conditions and digestive disorders. This well known company was located in CINCINNATI, OHIO. This remarkable bottle is 8.5" tall, and is unopened. Due to evaporation, it retains about 1/2 of its contents.
