| This very scarce, yellow painted HUNT'S MEDICATED TAR DROPS cure tin is from VOEGELER, SON AND COMPANY. It is dated 1883 on the front. The tin was produced by THE SOMERS BROTHERS of BROOKLYN, NEW YORK and has a patent date of September 24, 1878 on the back of the tin. This fantastic, very early tin is hinged. It is 3"x2"x3/4".
