| Here we have a very colorful tin from THE ALLAN-PFEIFFER CHEMICAL COMPANY of ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI. The building still stands, and is on the NATIONAL HISTORIC REGISTER. ALLAN'S STAR BRAND PILLS were a remedy for venereal diseases, and were mainly used for GONORRHEA! Notice the discreet nature of the tin. The directions were inside. The price was a shocking $2.00!
